After a day of harvesting in the most authentic way, our olives are immediately taken to the press. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality olive oil. After cold pressing, the olive oil is stored for a self-filtering process of several months. Then the olive oil is ready to come to the Netherlands. Super fresh from tree to bottle.
