We, the Dutch-Greek Gkazas family, produce extra virgin olive oil on our own land in Crete and that of friendly neighbors. Our standard? To create organic olive oil of the highest quality, just the way the Greeks like it. And you can truly taste the difference! 😋

From farm to your table!
The production process
After a day of traditional handpicking, the olives are taken straight to the press — this is how we ensure the highest quality olive oil. Once cold-pressed, the oil is stored for a natural self-filtering process that takes several months. Then, it’s ready to make its way to the Netherlands. Super fresh, from tree to bottle. Or can, of course. From the mountains of Crete straight to your kitchen table!
