1. Olive Oil Dip with Warm Italian Bread
Ingredients:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon crushed oregano (dried)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar along with finely chopped garlic, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with warm bread and enjoy!
2. Olive Oil Dip for French Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon basil (ground)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ½ teaspoon rosemary (crushed)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients, except for the Parmesan cheese, to a bowl and mix everything together. Then garnish the surface of the oil with some Parmesan cheese. Divertirsi!
3. Herb Dip with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- Pinch of red pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Finely chop the herbs and mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. Add a pinch of red pepper for extra heat. Voila, your herb dip with extra virgin olive oil is ready!
4. Carrabba’s Bread Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon basil (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, except for the oil and lemon juice. Empty the bowl into a food processor and chop all the herbs until they are roughly the same size. Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the bowl and stir until ready. Serve the dip with some delicious warm bread!
5. Garlic Olive Oil Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 garlic cloves (sliced)
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Instructions:
For the garlic olive oil dip, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until it is brown. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
