Pure Nature
Our olive oil comes from the mountains of Crete, where the soil remains naturally fertile. Free-roaming sheep and goats contribute to a healthy ecosystem, while the olive trees only receive water from rainfall. We intervene as little as possible and let nature do its work. This results in pure, honest olive oil with an authentic taste – just as nature intended.
