We, the Gkazas family, produce olive oil on our own land in Crete, together with our friendly neighbors. We do this in the purest and most natural way possible: unfiltered, cold-pressed, unrefined, and completely natural. Our Greek olive oil is a fair family product, full of flavor and packed with healthy nutrients – perfect for all your recipes!

Gkazas olive oil is a versatile and high-quality olive oil that adds a rich flavor to your dishes. Whether you’re making a salad, enriching pasta, roasting vegetables, or marinating meat, this olive oil fits any recipe. It is also ideal for both cold and hot preparations, as you can safely heat it to at least 207°C.

Our olive oil comes from the mountains of Crete, where the soil remains naturally fertile. Free-roaming sheep and goats contribute to a healthy ecosystem, while the olive trees only receive water from rainfall. We intervene as little as possible and let nature do its work. This results in pure, honest olive oil with an authentic taste – just as nature intended.
