Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Naturally filtered, organic, and cold-pressed, not blended with other oils and free of additives. Purely natural! It is also a fair family product. It is produced by us on our own land in the mountains of Crete. The harvesting and pressing are also done in the most authentic and pure way: with our own hands.

Pomace Olive Oil
After pressing our extra virgin olive oil, fresh pulp remains. We naturally create pomace olive oil from this. For extra flavor and nutrients, we add our organic extra virgin olive oil. A 100% pure and natural product where nothing of the original product is lost!

Warm and Cold Use
Extra virgin olive oil can withstand heat, allowing you to enjoy its health benefits. Its bold flavor is especially great in sauces, dressings, and with bread.

Frying and Searing
Pomace olive oil can be heated to high temperatures without worry. Its neutral flavor makes it perfect for stir-frying, grilling, baking, roasting, and deep-frying.

Rich in Flavor
Fruity and grassy with a slight bitterness. A peppery finish with a creamy aftertaste. Cold-pressed immediately, preserving most of the nutrients and flavor. The delicate taste is a delightful addition to both warm and cold preparations!

Neutral
Fruity and grassy. A lightly peppery finish with a mild aftertaste. Made from fresh olive pulp in a 100% natural way. With a soft flavor and a high smoke point, it’s perfect for frying, baking, and roasting.
