We occasionally get asked how to best open your Gkazas Olive Oil can. Luckily, it’s not that difficult. We’ll explain it to you with love.
Opening Your Olive Oil Can
It takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to open the can in no time. Here’s how to open your olive oil can in four simple steps. The video below also visually explains the steps:
- Loosen the little tabs, which are slightly attached to your can.
- Pull these tabs all the way up, so the lid comes completely off the can.
- Unscrew the green lid fully.
- You now have the pouring spout, making it easier to pour your olive oil.
Bonus tip: take a good look at our cans, and you’ll see that the pouring spout is positioned closer to one side. Try pouring from that side, and you’ll notice that no oil spills!
Super-extra-bonus tip: You can pour even better by making a small hole in the top with a knife. This allows air (and thus pressure) to escape, making it easier to pour more. But be careful: this might cause your olive oil to last less long, due to oxidation. Read more about it here.
