We love our extra virgin olive oil and it never gets boring. But we also enjoy experimenting and creating new (flavor) experiences. That’s why we made three variations of our olive oil. Meet our infused olive oils: one with chili, one with garlic, and one with rosemary!
1. Olive Oil with Chili
Do you love spicy food? Then this chili-infused olive oil is perfect for you. Delicious with a piece of bread or to give your salad a little extra kick!
What do you need?
- An empty bottle with a seal
- Extra virgin olive oil
- A fresh chili pepper
Cut open the chili pepper and put it, seeds and all, into the bottle. Fill the bottle with extra virgin olive oil and let it infuse for a few days. This way it develops a nice (spicy) flavor!

2. Olive Oil with Garlic
We can never get enough garlic! That’s why it definitely belongs in our list of infused olive oils.
What do you need?
- An empty bottle with a seal
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh garlic cloves
Take a few garlic cloves and peel them. You can do this by slightly crushing them with a knife to loosen the peel. Then chop the cloves into small pieces and put them in the bottle. Fill it with olive oil and let it infuse for a few days at a steady temperature below 3 degrees Celsius! Taste the progress now and then and that’s it!
This flavor is especially delicious for frying, roasting, or when roasting your vegetables. Just a little tip from us.
IMPORTANT! As mentioned, keep the garlic olive oil below 3 degrees Celsius. This is important because garlic can sometimes contain bacteria that cause botulism. Keeping the oil cold prevents the bacteria from becoming dangerous. If you can’t store it below 3 degrees, another option is to heat the oil above 100 degrees Celsius to kill the bacteria.

3. Olive Oil with Rosemary
The last of the three tasty oils is rosemary. The idea is very simple, but this variation is incredibly delicious!
What do you need?
- An empty bottle with a seal
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh sprigs of rosemary
Fill the bottle completely with extra virgin olive oil (for example, from an olive oil tin). Add the rosemary sprigs and let it infuse for a while. Voilà! This flavor sensation is ready to use.
